Conduct and Conflict Resolution Services
Our office helps students and staff as they navigate student conduct and conflict matters within the college community. This service includes:
- guidance on the Student Code of Conduct Policy and Procedure
- coaching for conflict resolution
- fair and transparent investigation and adjudication processes
- facilitation of mediation and restorative practices

Addressing and navigating challenging behaviour within the college community can be complex, particularly while balancing aspects related to student life. Our goal is to promote clarity, accountability, and care by strengthening understanding of expectations and ensuring fair treatment and appropriate support for students involved in disputes.
