Conduct and Conflict Resolution Services
Our office provides consultation and support to students and staff as they navigate student conduct and conflict matters within the college community. Our supports include:
- guidance on Student Code of Conduct policies and procedures
- coaching for conflict resolution
- fair and transparent investigation and adjudication processes
- facilitation of mediation and restorative practices

Addressing and navigating challenging behaviour within the college community can be complex, particularly while balancing aspects related to student life. Through fair and transparent investigation and adjudication processes, we promote clarity, accountability and care, helping students better understand expectations and outcomes.
