Our office offers support and guidance navigating various college processes.  Our supports include: 

  • guidance on student complaint policies and processes 
  • support with grade appeal processes 
  • assistance with system navigation, including who to contact for specific matters 
  • support for conduct and conflict meetings

Navigating college processes can sometimes feel confusing or overwhelming, especially when different departments and procedures overlap. Our office is here to support students, staff and faculty by helping you move through formal processes with clarity and confidence. Our goal is to make sure the experience feels fair, transparent and supportive.
