IT Standards

Standards are governance documents that establish mandatory criteria for systems, processes, or behaviors, aligning with and supporting policies. They provide the framework for developing detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which in turn, ensure activities are consistently and reliably performed. This approach supports the management of risks and sets clear parameters for quality and safety.

IT Standards Supplementals

IT supplemental documents outline specific elements and/or provide additional details related to requirements outlined in IT policies or standards.  These documents provide critical information and resources that allow IT policies and standards to be used more effectively throughout the College.
