Signature Pathway Overview
This Signature Pathway allows you to start with Centennial College's Business – Marketing diploma and continue into Trent University's Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours), specializing in Marketing and Consumer Culture.
From your first term, your studies are planned with a clear degree outcome in mind.
In your first two years at Centennial, you'll complete a focused, two-year diploma designed to prepare you for careers in marketing and business. You'll build a strong foundation in core business areas such as accounting, organizational behaviour, business software, customer service, and international business, while developing marketing knowledge in areas such as marketing theory, case-based problem solving, marketing communications, advertising and promotion, account management, sales, service, digital marketing, and the growing use of AI in marketing.
In your final two years at Trent University, you’ll complete your B.B.A. with a specialization in Marketing & Consumer Culture. You'll examine contemporary business models, from corporate and online organizations to small business and self-employment, while learning how to apply techniques and best practices used in market research, advertising, social media outreach, and branding, to become well positioned to help businesses improve sales and become a leader in business growth.
You will also develop a deeper understanding of the nuances of consumer behaviour, becoming proficient at mobilizing effective marketing and go-to-market business strategies.

Applicants must meet the admission requirements for the Business - Human Resources diploma program.
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent or mature student status (19 years or older)
